I got accepted into this cool music collaborative project called Subvert where I will from now on upload my music along with Bandcamp, Soundcloud and eventually Spotify when my debut album is finished. I will post a shorter progress update on my album soon, cornily enough the WIP name is "Grimsterwalking" which is the same name as a shitty EP I uploaded to Soundcloud a while ago.
Anyways, Subvert makes a point of all artists on the platform being co-owners of it. Which means it's less likely to drive down the highway of hell like Spotify when it comes to how involved artists can be and how much of a cut they can get from their sales.
The platform is in it's alpha stages right now but soon enough it will be released to the public and start what I hope is a very fruitful and long lifespan. You'll find the link on the side of your screen.
